I wanted to share something exciting that I've been working on lately. It's all about offering you a personalised touch in achieving your wellbeing and capacity building.

I offer a diverse range of Therapeutic   Support Services that are all built around a philosophy that personalised care is so much more effective than standard, one-size-fits-all approaches to wellbeing. These services cater to a variety of preferences, so there's something for everyone!

Are you a Self Managed NDIS Plan Participant who is in need of a Therapeutic Capacity Building Support. Then you are in the right place. I offer Therapeutic Support Services and Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training. 

But if you prefer the comfort of your own home while still receiving professional guidance, I offer telehealth  Support Services. And if you're a nature lover like me, then you might like my unique Walk-and-Talk service - a nature-based therapy that combines the therapeutic benefits of nature and counselling. I also offer Face to Face support services at The Gnostic Healing Centre in Woy Woy on The Central Coast on Friday and Saturday Only. 

Remember, there's no right or wrong choice here – only what feels best for you. Trust in your intuition to guide you towards the service that resonates with you the most.
